Return Policy
RETURNS
All products sold by Universal Apparel are personalized items. Once an item has been personalized it can no longer be returned or refunded. (An example of this would be a customer purchases 25 T-shirts with the Johnson Family Reunion May 14th 2014 printed on them). We can not resell these t-shirts to anyone else, therefore, we will not be able to accept a return on them.
EXCHANGES FOR MISPRINTS OR DAMAGED ITEMS
In the event the customer received an order with a misprint or damage to it Universal Apparel will absorb all costs to replace the order with a corrected order. Misprints or damaged items must be reported to Universal Apparel within 5 days of receiving your order. Any claims for misprinted or damaged orders made after 5 days will not be accepted.

We agree not to share or sell your information. The information is collected for the sole purpose of billing and shipping needs.
